These spacious villas offer 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with each bedroom having one queen size bed. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, pots and pans. Cabinets are finished in rich Cherry wood and all bath and kitchen countertops are granite finishes. The 8 person rental homes are a favorite with groups and families and have been the most sought after rental units since being built in 2011. Unlike other rental homes on the island, we provide sheets, towels & linens, you’re on vacation no need to bring your own! The maximum permitted occupancy is 8 people.
An 8 by 15 foot furnished deck off the living room and a 5 by 15-foot deck off the second-floor bedroom offers a view of the pool and swim up bar and the lushly landscaped courtyard. Other featured amenities include:

Our room types include handicapped facilities, jacuzzis, 2-bedroom Suites, pool view rooms with balconies, 8-person condos, and 3-story luxury villas. Please note: we do assure room type, not location, although we try to accommodate requests for hotel room location where we are able.
Please Note: When booking an 8 person Villa on Friday, Saturday or holiday weekend Sundays, a $500.00 security deposit is due upon arrival. This may be paid in cash or by credit card. This deposit is refunded at check-out as long as the villa is left reasonably clean and free of trash, debris or damage.
