These spacious villas offer 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with 4 bedrooms having one queen size bed and one bedroom having 3 queen beds. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, pots and pans. Cabinets are finished in rich Cherry wood and all bath and kitchen countertops are granite finishes. The 12 person rental homes are a favorite with groups and families and have been the most sought after rental units since being built in 2011. Unlike other rental homes on the island, we provide sheets, towels & linens, you’re on vacation no need to bring your own! The maximum permitted occupancy is 12 people.
An 8 by 15 foot furnished deck off the living room and a 5 by 15-foot deck off the second-floor bedroom offers a view of the pool and swim up bar and the lushly landscaped courtyard. Other featured amenities include:

Our room types include handicapped facilities, jacuzzis, 2-bedroom Suites, pool view rooms with balconies, 8-person condos, and 3-story luxury villas. Please note: we do assure room type, not location, although we try to accommodate requests for hotel room location where we are able.
Please Note: When booking an 8 person Villa on Friday, Saturday or holiday weekend Sundays, a $500.00 security deposit is due upon arrival. This may be paid in cash or by credit card. This deposit is refunded at check-out as long as the villa is left reasonably clean and free of trash, debris or damage.
