- The deposit to reserve and hold a room at the Put-in-Bay Resort & Conference Center is 50% of the entire stay being booked. Deposits are taken at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made fifteen (15) days or more prior to date of arrival. All cancellations made fifteen (15) days or more prior to date of arrival are subject to $25.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations made inside of fifteen (15) days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
- Groups with three (3) or more rooms must cancel three (3) weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee per room.
- Rooms canceled inside of 22 days for groups, or inside of 15 days for individuals, are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
- A fee of $40 will be charged for rooms left unreasonably messy, or for smoking in a non-smoking room. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the room and/or its contents.
