- The deposit to reserve and hold a room at the Put-in-Bay Resort & Conference Center is 50% of the entire stay being booked. Deposits are taken at the time of booking. Rooms booked online are charged tax at the time of arrival.
- Cancellations must be made fifteen (15) days or more prior to date of arrival. All cancellations made fifteen (15) days or more prior to date of arrival are subject to $25.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations made inside of fifteen (15) days of arrival will forfeit of deposit. We do not make exceptions to this policy
- Group Bookings with five (5) or more rooms must cancel three (3) weeks or more prior to arrival date and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee per room.
- Rooms canceled inside of 22 days for groups, or inside of 15 days for individuals, will forfeit of deposit. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
- A fee of $40 will be charged for rooms left unreasonably messy. Put-in-Bay Resort is an entirely Non Smoking Resort, smoking in a guest room will incur a $250.00 reconditioning charge and possibly face eviction. Guest may smoke outside, in pool, courtyard and bar areas. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the room and/or its contents.
- All cancellations and changes must be submitted and received in writing.
